I have folders in both english and danish in my Outlook XP, using a
Exchange Server account. All new items end up in the danish folders,
while the english folders contain old items. I want to remove the
danish folders and use only the english one. How can I perform this
task without missing any items?

Depends on which folders are on the Exchange server. If the Danish ones
are, and Outlook is the Danish version, you're Out of luck. If you're using
the English version of Outlook, then Totach's advice should work.
