Folder Views Not Remembered

T

Applying Folder Views such as Music Details or All Items to folders
isn't permanent. It changes randomly back to another view. Usually
it's All Items or Pictures and Video.

This happens even when a root folder is set to a view and "Apply to
all sub folders" is selected. All folders change to the correct view, but
eventually they revert. It's not a long process either, usually after a
day or so.

I don't have any customizations on the folders, such as backgrounds
or icons, only the view state.

Is there any current solution for this?

Thanks,
Tom
