Q: Why is "Folder Options/View/Like Current Folder" greyed
out? I want to set all my folders to show detail, but
cannot work out how to do this in Mindows 2000.

Someone had suggested changing the "Folder Options"
under "Tools" (for Explorer) but I do not have this menu
option.

* Sounds like you're in Control Panel|Folders Options where ther would be no
current folder to mirror.
