how do i get rid of that blue bar that shows up on every folder

and

how can i get my windows to boot right in to windows without having to hit
administrator

1. Open Folder Options in Control Panel.
2. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
3. Double-click Folder Options
4. On the General tab, under Tasks, click "Use Windows classic folders".

This didn't fix my problem. I have installed Windows with
Administrator only. Any other ideas?
