folder properties / permissions

Hi
I need to find out individual user folder / files sizes without compromising
security.

What permissions do I need to enable a domain administrator account(w2k
server) to be able to right click on a user folder (with security applied
for specific domain user access only ) and display size, number of files,
folders etc in the \properties\general tab, whilst still keeping access
rights to that user only ?
At present properties of all secured folders display 0 files 0 folders .
Needless to say the parent folder (Users) has sharing\permissions\users\full
control enabled and security\domain users full control enabled.

Thanks in advance
Martin

You cannot gain access without altering security.

I would script this and place it in the logon script, write the results
to a server share.

You can use native commands or DIRUSE from the reskit.
