Folder pictures

When I move files or movies into folders and have my view set on thumbnails 4
pictures are usually displayed as the folders picture, but when I do this
with some folders not all 4 pictures are displayed even though there is 4
pictures in the folder, I refresh the page and nothing, I have to click the
folders properties, select the customize tab and wait for the pictures to
generate, then close the window with folder and reopen the directory with the
folder, whats the problem, and how do I make it generate the 4 pictures
automatically.

You could work around the delay for movie files, by creating a still pic of
the first frame as a image file, and name it something low in the
alphaNumeric scale.
