Folder Permission need help

Using Windows XP home Edition trying to enable Folder
permission and for some reason I do not have that Use
Simple File Sharing option on my advance settings on View
Under Folder Options dialog box. need help please..
 
That option is only available in Pro edition.
In Home you must use a F8 safe mode boot,
or at cmd line in normal boot the cacls utility.
