Folder Options problem

Even when I check the option RESTORE PREVIOUS FOLDER WINDOWS AT LOGON, Folder
windows never return to their expanded state in which I left them/closed
them previously. As if the program is ignoring my Folder Option settings

I think you are using the wrong option. 'Restore previous folder windows at
logon' means, the folder will remain open (you have not closed) the next time
you log on to windows.

Enable the option 'Remember each folder's view settings'.
