Folder Internal Data?

Any time I view my email via the web, when I come home and
download through Outlook or OE, I receive a message with
the subject, "DON'T DELETE THIS MESSAGE -- FOLDER INTERNAL
DATA" and the message states, "This text is part of the
internal format of your mail folder, and is not a real
message. It is created automatically by the mail system
software.
If deleted, important folder data will be lost, and it
will be re-created with the data reset to initial values."

In all reality, will it hurt my email if I delete the
message? I currently have 26 messages like this, just
since February. I would like to delete them... please
advise. :)

if you are popping the mail at home and not leaving it on the server, they
are already deleted. :) The server will regenerate them.
