Email Message.

Hi we use Outlook 2002 and every now and then I/we get the
message:

"This text is part of the internal format of your mail
folder, and is not a real message. It is created
automatically by the mail system software. If deleted,
important folder data will be lost, and it will be re-
created with the data reset to initial values."

Is anyone able to enlighten me as to what this actually
refers to? And exactly what secret folder data would be
lost and the consequences of this action.
