folder inaccessible

I have two hard drives on my new computer. The
additional harddrive was a backup drive from my old
computer. I an access some files, but some come up
as "inaccessible" when I click on other ones.

Hello
I am not sure as to the type of files or if they were saved and encrypted
but anyway see if this will help.

I would create a folder and put documents, pictures,
anything it in. It is just a file that I copied over
from my c drive so that I would have them for the new
computer.
