Folder could not be displayed

I'm getting the message:

Folder could not be displayed
Windows Mail could not open this folder
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Possible causes are:

Low disk space.
Low memory.

I have tried to delete and recreate the account and have scanned for
malware. Has anyone else had this problem in Vista?
