Fly Video 98

I Have installed xp professinal and can,t get my fly video
98 to install properaly useing fat32 system I have updated
driver. o.k. how do i go and do it,because when i use
install disk it comes up halfway thru can,t read files

Is it compatible with Windows XP?
What does the manufacturer say?
