I am trying to load Flight Simulator X on my laptop which operates windows XP. The game will load to the point where it states that it is "Publishing Product Information". Then I get the following message "Installshield wizard was interrupted". I can not figure out what the problem is can anybody help me.

Laptop specs would help, ie ram, cpu speed, graphics card & hard drive space free?
But unless it's a super-dooper fast laptop, they are not normally designed to play games on.:thumb:

Flight Simulator X has to be registered with Microsoft during installation.

Unless you have an active internet connection during the installation, the installation will stall.

FSX does need fairly hefty system requirements as well, as feckit pointed out, are you sure your laptop is up to par to run it?
