Flashing Warning

I would like to put a warning in the spreadsheet. It should start flashing at
the moment the user opened the spreadsheet. Is it possible to flash in
particular color?
Is it possible to flash in different colors?

Flashing like blinking or just some info when you open the book that you
can turn off once you seen it?
