Flashdrive password

I have sensitive info. on a flashdrive, that I want to use abroad, can I
protect it with a password, in case I lose it.

They make secure thumb drives - I suggest one of those.
You could also do many other things (put it in a password protected zip
file, encrypt and export the keys, etc.)
