I'm having a problem when I go to espn.com. The website
does not recognize my flash plug-in. Flash content is
not displayed and a link to "get up to speed" and
download flash 5.0 or above is displayed. But I have
repeatedly installed flash 7.0 the newest version and it
operates perfectly with every other site. In fact it
also operates with espn.com when i log on as another user
on windows xp. So i know flash is working and i know
espn.com can work with this version of flash but
something must be wrong with the settings for my
particular user account...I have tried disk cleanup,
changing security settings, deleting cookies and
temporary internet files but nothing seems to work. I've
checked for spyware and disabled pop-blockers and anti-
virus programs even though none of these solutions make
sense considering the site works perfectly in spite of
these applications being enabled when i log on as another
user. Any ideas? please help!!!! i have also uninstalled
and reinstalled flash and shockwave players repeatedly,
still no dice. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!! I am using
windows xp home edition with internet explorer 6 and
flash 7.0 I use windows update to make sure i'm always
running the latest software with up to date fixes. WHAT
CAN BE WRONG?!
