Can someone PLEASE help me! I can't download/install Adobe Flash Player for
some reason I have done everything the Adobe site has told me to do and it
still won't let me. If I need to reset my settings, how do I do this.

What have you tried. What error message have you received when you
tried each thing? Do you have a firewall? Which one?

Hi Donna,
Since you are having problems installing online, I recommend that you
download a standalone installer (and uninstaller if you have an old version
already installed) here :
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/alternates/ . Just select the
appropriate product for Windows XP. I assume that you already know if you
have an old version installed or not. You might want to turn off your
anti-virus software during installation temporarily and restart Windows
after installing successfully. Good luck.
