flash on the internet

It seems with windows XP, I cannot receive any site that
has flash. I am looking for a way to vresolve this

Most websites that have Flash content will also have a link to the latest
Flash installer. Usually in the form of a button "Get Flash" or something
similar. The link will connect to the Macromedia.com website to install the
integrated Flash player.
