Windows XP flash media

Hi

Having cleared all cookies and temporary internet files from my user area I cannot download flash media. My son can download though have I deleted something I shouldn't have?

I'm really confused - do you mean that you can no longer view flash animations and clips in webpages?

yes I could view them before but not now

I'd suggest re-installing it (make sure to untick the Yahoo toolbar option, unless you really want it):
