Flagged messages lost flag when forwarding from Outlook 2003 to 20

My manager forwarded a flagged message from his Outlook (version 2003) to me
(version 2000). The flagged information did not show on the forwarded e-mail
to me. Why? Is there something I can do to change this?

I think there was a big change in flagging at either OL2002 or OL2003 that
might cause what you're seeing. I think you might need to upgrade to have
things work as you want.
