Flag Field in Outlook

I want to move the flag field in outlook to the beginning. How can I do that?

Version of Outlook?

2007: you can't move it.
2003: you need to use a single line view and disable quick flags.

right click on the flag field (header) > customize current view > fields >
highlight the flag status on the right box and move it up.
