Is it possible to move the flag column in Outlook 2003? I can move the others
but that one won't budge.

No. You would need to disable quick flags.

First, open up the folder you want to remove the flag from.
Then select View - Arrange By - Current View - Customise Current View
Select Fields option from screen.
The fields you currently have are listed on teh right hand side. Select Flag
Status & select Remove. THis will take it over to the left hand side.
Select OK & it should remove this field.
This works in Outlook 2003 Standard.

Alternatively you should be able to right click the tool bar on the folder
you are in & select Customise Current View from here.

Hope it helps you

Thanks Diane.

I was searching through and found the answer. Guess I jumped the gun. I do
appreciate your help.
