I found this file in IE helpers using WinPatrol.

I have diabled it but it is still present in
Windows/system32. It was not fond be MS Antispyware.

Is it spyware and should it be removed?

Have you scanned this system with a reputable antivirus app with current
definitions?
Did WinPatrol flag this file, or just allow you to detect its presence?

I'm certainly suspicious, but I'd like to have a clear indication on the
state of your system from probably several vendors and tools.

Have you scanned in safe mode with both Antivirus and Microsoft Antispyware?

Spyware.

Remove it but first note when it was installed on your
system and search the whole system (hidden and system
files too) for other files installed at the same time +/-
5 minutes. Delete them all

Hi,

Thanks for feedback. Unfortunaately laptop is used by my
wife and daughter so some answers to your points may be
vague.

I have scnned with AVG v 7 and it did not find virus.
However on system start up after finding file it did spot
that a file was trying to access IE. My wife chose not to
allow it and when I checked later fjxutkr.dll was not
listed in IE helpers.

I think the file was installed when my daughter went to
zango.com. I asked if winpatrol gave any warnings and was
told it "woofed" but no pop up messages came up. At th
same time as I spotted the dll file there was also a
running application l?sass which I did not recognise.

I also scan system with ad-aware prior to MSspyware which
found "CLICKSPRING" in registry and "180SOLUTIONS"
besides the usual tracking cookies.

MSspyware subsequently
found "wapisvsu.exe", "MediaTickets" and "Zango Search
Assistant"

Cheers!

Hi,

Just ran MS spyware again set for deepscan. It found the
file and quarantined it.

Thanks

Jimmy
