Fixing Internet Explorer zones reported by MSBA with GPs?

Hi there ..

How do I fix this error reported by MSBA - "Internet Explorer zones do not
have secure settings for some users." ?

Looking at the details option tells me that the 'restricted sites' zone all
are in the 'custom' level, and MSBA recommends 'high' level. However it does
not return this result for all workstation (it differs slightly). So I want
to be able get the warning nicked all in one.

I've tried to look around in the GPO and domain security but still haven't
managed to find the exact spot. Mayby a friendly soul can help me out here?
