First login RC2- create Profile

Hi,

i just installed Vista RC2 Ultimate and I have a problem with the first
logon / profile creation. When I logon for the first time Vista tries to
create a profile (Personalized Settings windows in the upper left corner).
But then is stops saying "Windows Explorer has stopped working" and "Windows
host process (rundll32) has stopped working. via Ctrl-alt-del I can still
logoff but this error occures every time I logon.

Andy ideas?

Sorry for posting three times, but the server gave me an error message the
first two times.
