First Domain controller

Hi All,
We will be eventually removing the first domain controller in our forrest,
and migrating all of it's roles over to a new one. Does anyone know of some
good resources to check out first before we do this? Any caveats that we
should know about?

P.S.
The new DC's will be Windows 2003.

None that I am aware of. I would advise that once you transfer the roles
you leave the DC up and running for a few days in case anything major goes
wrong.
