Find out what firewall are you using, may have a small icon located on the
right hand side of the toolbar. Move your mouse cursor over each item (icon)
to see which one (manufacturer) is the firewall, then double click on the
firewall icon and check your settings.
I guess ur using a file sharing software and the windows firewall is blocking
it.. Just tell me which software your using ill give you how to unblock the
port..
Congratulate yourself for taken reasonable precautions while connected
to the Internet. Your use of a firewall should in no way inhibit your
ability to download anything. What is the specific problem you're
encountering?
