Firewall

Hello,

I have not been able to download forms from the State of
Fl or from the I.R.S.. I cannot print them out because
they will not even begin to download into my computer.\
and the forms did not show up so I could just print them
out or copy them!!!!


I am thinking it may be due to me putting in the windows
firewall.

However i cannot remember where to go in order to remove
it.

Is there another reason I could not download forms??
