Firewall options in SP2

J

Just Me

After a successful? install of SP2, I've turned off the
firewall as I have my own 3rd party working version.
I like the feature of SP2 to have the firewall/security
running during boot-up and shutdown which I am pretty
sure PC-cillin Security 2004 does not offer.

Is there a way to enable Windows fireall to be active
only for boot-up and shut down and let Pc-cillin do the
rest?
