Firewall/ICS service in SP2

Would disabling this service cause any detrimental effects due to the ICS
service being lumped in here? I have a third party firewall, and on my
older PC, start up is sometimes slow enough that Windows Firewall will turn
itself on after detecting no other fireall running (since it takes serveral
seconds to load). The PC shares a DSL connection with another PC via a
Linksys router, but is not the "source" of the internet connection. I'm
going to give it a try, but was curious if anyone had any thoughts regarding
this.

At worst, it may stop the connection.. at best, it may just work ok.. maybe
you would like to repost back here with your findings.. it would be a great
help to others with the same question as you..
