Firewall/ICS service doesn't start

I'm not using the XP firewall but I see in Event manager that the service
doesn't start. Control panel does not allow be to restart - "path name not
found."

Compared to anothetr PC where this works, I notice that the path name is
"\SystemRoot\C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs" whereas on the
other PC it is "C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs"
The path name can't be changed from Serrvice>Properties and I can't find a
registry key
Any one know how to change this?

Found it in HLM>System>CS1 [and 3]>Shared Access

Curious how this was modified.
