This entry needs quotes surrounding it:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Works Shared\WkUFind.exe

Next time please only post relevant portions of the startup group. The
running processes and service description did nothing but tie up a lot of
space.

To stop that folder from coming up at Startup... Go To the Start button.
All Programs. Startup. Right click the folder that you do not want to popup
and delete it. Problem solved.
