How to create a batch file automatically turn on the messenger

I would like to know how to create a bath file that automatically turn on the
messenger, when I check the services--> messenger-->properties, by default is
disalbed on the startup type, the path to executable:
c:\windows\system32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs
