finger link -> chaching www

I'd like to developers add one improvment to IE:

When I put a mouse pointer at the link and stay on it for about 3 seconds,
IE in background will be caching the webpage I finger.

What do you think on it?

This would be a security risk.
I want to know where and when I want to go to a site.
