finding the answer to a question I sent in last week

I sent in a ques. on IE and Firefox popping up on the screen like it was
going to cut me off the net while browsing. however, I'm still connected and
on the net when this
happens. I got an email from microsoft and tried to open the link and it
wouldn't let me. Anyway, how do I find answer without looking at so many
things, even though
a lot I've looked at, i print out for reference.
