finding my letter writing & printing file in Windows XP

I'v just purchased a new Dell laptop with Windowns XP installed and want to write some resumes to print and having trouble finding and pulling up the right file. Hope U can assist. Thanks, Frank
 
Look for MS Word or Works on your computer. You should only have to click on
Start at the bottom left then Programs in the dialog that appears.
