Final Movie Half Green

After I publish a movie to my computer, the final movie Comes out messed up.
The image is squished to the top half of the screen and the bottom half is
all green.
What's wrong and how do I fix it?

I followed the directions and did exactly what it said and It didn't fix the
problem.
