The goal is to create a View in Inbox, to see in red color all messages older
than 15 minutes.
If you try to make Automatic formatting and input Criteria:
Received "on or before" "2 months before now"
Received "on or before" "1 week before now"
etc... it works perfect
however problem starts if you use hours and minutes
Received "on or before" "15 minutes before now"
doe NOT work
Does anybody have any useful hint
1. why it does not work
2. is there some documentation what keywords exactly can be used ("2 days
before easter" work also?)
3. is there some workaround to achieve the goal stated on the top
One workaround could be to create "user defined field" in folder. However I
am not able to achieve difference in time between two dates (now -
Received). When I use DateDiff function with "n" parameter, it gives nonsese
results.
Another workaround would be to create some plugin - using Visual Basic
programming - but here I would appreciate specific experience rather than
referrence to manual - because there is a lot of "mysterious and not working
stuff" in Outlook regarding events programming and this solution seems rather
too complicated and time consuming.
Please help me to overcome or to find some reasonable solution.
any interesting points to this subject are welcome
