Filtering a subform

I have a form with a subform (using access 2007). The subform is a "multiple items" form with several entries. The main form contains several text boxes. I am trying to create a macro (/a macro per text box) which will, after update, applyfilter to a field in the subform, using the content of the text box as the filter criteria.

For the life of me I can't figure out how: I've tried to make the macro, but it gives me errors. It doesn't help that I'm an access newb. Can anyone help me?
