Film in the background?

Is it possible to add a video film as a background image on my slide. I try
to do this, and move it to back, but as soon as the film starts the text on
top that I have written disappears.

Is it possible?

Video always plays on the top layer in PPT 2007 and prior.

Video will be able to play on the bottom layer (or any other layer, for that
matter) in PPT 2010, but it's only in beta right now.

Video will always play in a layer in front, so without addins (not cheap) it
isn't. Sorry!
