which filesystem do Windows CE.NET and XPe use, or which can be used with it

Most devices to date have used the FAT file system. Microsoft has included
a transactional FAT file system in WinCE .NET 4.2 which is designed to
eliminate the disk corruption problems often experienced with FAT file
systems. There are also third party filesystem solutions including
Datalight Reliance and Intel PSM. What are your file system criteria?

I have not really criteria, I'm making an essay about embedded Windows and
I'm looking for which filesystems are possible

Filesystems are available from several vendors, but I don't have a complete
list. Here's a few that I know of:
MS FAT & TFAT
Intel PSM
Datalight Reliance
YAFFS (open source)
