Fileshare's security for computers

Realy bad idea. There's a reason why this would be
difficult. If a user is malicious, restrict the user..
they have legs and can walk to another computer...

Yes, but I want to install special software on some computers - in the
domain (so policies are applied, software is installed and running...). I do
not want to let those users connect from computers possibly without this
software. Such computers are only those, where malitious users are admins.
