Buiu Buiu

I have Windows XP H. Edition in my home PC, I have about 6
differents users and I would like to make Files and
subFiles privat, but the opcion to do that I can not mark.
I can see here I have to go and I can get there fine but I
can make a mark there.
Any help. Thanks
 
You can only assign such permissions by going into Safe Mode as
Administrator as this cannot be done at system level in Home Edition. Boot
the system, start tapping F8, when the menu appears, select Safe Mode and
press enter.
