Files won't load

I transfer files from one computer to another using a Zip disk, of CD. These
are Microsoft Office files. I've been doing this for months, then one day I
get a message saying The File issue _____ is not available. All Microsoft
files do this now even the ones stored in Word etc. on my hard drive.

I tried re-installing Microsoft Office and XP. Still no good. This computer
is not connected to the internet, so there can't be a Virus. Wordperfect
files load OK using Word Perfect.

What do I do????

Download the Office updates, for your specific install, to a CD on a computer
that has internet access and then install them on you machine. Once you've
done that then give your transfer a try. TTFN.
