Files Transfer Help Please...

Having bought a new Hard Drive is it possible for me to
transfer all my existing files and settings to the new
hard drive? ( so that i dont have to install everything
again.)

Also is it possible to transfer settings and mail from
outlook express. Inbox, Outbox etc.

Hi Rob,

Two ways:

1) Use a disk utility that came with the drive (or downloaded from the drive
maker's web site) to copy everything over verbatim.

2) Use the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard to create a file from the
existing system, then install WinXP onto the new drive. When complete, use
FASTWIZ once again to import the backup you created. Read up on this from
