Files not replace those on server when transferring with Frontpag

I update my Front Page files and then transfer them to the web server which
is operated by a hosting company.
When I go and check the web site that the update has occurred, I find that
nothing has changed.
Sometimes page content changes as redesigned. I tried re publishing the site
and that does not work either.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of what to check setting wise in
Front Page or on the server. The server has got Front Page extensions on it.

How are you checking it? Are you going over to the web browser and checking
it that way? If so, do a CNTL-F5 to make sure you grab a fresh copy from the
server
