Files I don't see.

I have checked show hidden files and folders in Folder Options but still do
not see everything that should be under my name.

Such as Cookies, history, recent, temp internet or Outlook PST files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should also check show system files

Uncheck "Hide protected system files..."
