Files and Settings Transfer Wizard

Hi,

I have a question about what exactly will transfer when I
use this feature. If I only transfer settings and not
files, will my e mails from Outlook Express be copied?
Also, will my favorites from IE be copied if I only
transfer the settings and not the files? Thanks.

The Files and Settings Transfer Wizard will transfer email messages, IE favorites,
and many other files and settings. However, it does not transfer programs.
