Files and Settings Transfer Wizard - network settings?

This should be an easy question, but I can't find a definitive answer: Does the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard that comes with WinXP also save all network (TCPIP settings, network connections, etc.) and administrative settings (those that can be found at Control Panel->Administative Tools)? Thanks.
